4. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Tickets are purchased on your behalf from licensed lottery operators.
  • Your digital ticket in “My Tickets” is the official record of play.

5. Prize Claims

Small prizes (up to $1,000) are credited automatically to your Ozlottoplus wallet. Larger prizes require identity verification and will be paid via bank transfer.

6. Payment & Fees

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and BPAY.
  • A service fee is applied per transaction; see our Fee Schedule for details.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

Ozlottoplus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have spent on tickets in the last 30 days.
